Not My Thing

One of the most common responses, to someone learning what I do for a living is, ” That’s cool but exercising is not my thing”. To that I always respond with “what if exercise could make whatever your thing is, better?”
All of the sciences and experience show that regular exercise makes you better. It lifts your spirits with endorphins. It raises your metabolism, which helps you manage weight. It builds confidence and improves self esteem. It gives you focus and helps relieve stress. It just makes you feel better than you did before.
The bottom line is this. When you feel better, you perform better. No matter what your “thing” is.
