These program offer the personal attention, education, and motivation of a one-on-one trainer in a fun, positive, non-intimidating setting.

Powerlifting Team

Our powerlifting team will probably surprise you. In fact, the sport of powerlifting itself is probably not what you think. We have a USPA competitive lifting team composed of men and women ages 14 and up. We currently hold state records, American records, and even world records! We welcome brand new lifters and seasoned veterans alike. This sport is GROWING. Come check it out.
